Rajadurai has a wide-range of 30+ years' experience in Information Technology, Process Industry, Engineering Services industries related to IT Security, Managed Services, Telco Industry solutions, Engineering Data Management, Mechanical CAD/CAE/CAM, Automation and SME Industries .

He has served various multinational organization in his carrier in India and South East Asia which includes HCL Hewlett Packard, Parametric Technology Corporation, Rand Worldwide, VeriSign Inc and Milltec. His assignment with VeriSign Inc, in South East Asia based out of Singapore over 7 years managing business as Regional Director handling Sales and services related to IT Security, Telecommunication, affiliate programme management, Managed Security Services (MSS) and Security Consulting. At Milltec in food processing business, managed the marketing and sales operations as General Manager with a team of 48 Sales personal and 36 Channels generating Rs 280 Crore revenue.

He has played extensive role in direct and channel sales, project management, and consulting. He is an MBA Graduate from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, USA and Engineering graduate from PSG college of Technology, Coimbatore, India.

He lives with his family in Chennai and at present act as consultant to few SME industries in the area of Food processing, Industrial automation, Energy and Engineering services on business plan, marketing and sales development, product portfolio value addition, channel management, valuation, merger and acquisition apart from motivating the sales team.
